    1. Introduction

    Welcome to the Grand Forks Community Hub. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (grandforkscommunityhub.com) and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Grand Forks Community Hub is operated by Revenue Recovery Systems LLC (Revenue Safety Nets).

    2. Eligibility

    Users must be 18 years of age or older, or authorized representatives of their respective organizations, to submit a listing or use our services.

    3. Subscription and Payment Terms

    We offer subscription plans for organizations to maintain their listing in the app:

    • Free Trial: A 60-day free trial is available with no credit card required during the trial period.
    • Monthly Subscriptions: After the trial, monthly subscriptions are available at $97/month (Starter), $297/month (Standard), or $497/month (Premium).
    • Sponsorship Packages: Available at $497 (2 weeks), $997 (1 month), and $2,497 (3 months).
    • Fees: Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
    • Cancellations: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no contracts. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no refunds on partial months.

    Grand Forks Community Hub may modify pricing with 30 days notice.

    4. Organization Responsibilities

    By submitting a listing, organizations agree to the following:

    • Organizations are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing information.
    • Grand Forks Community Hub reserves the right to remove any listing that contains false information, violates community standards, or fails to pay after the trial period.
    • Organizations grant Grand Forks Community Hub a license to display their name, description, logo, and contact information within the app and on grandforkscommunityhub.com.

    5. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Our service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee of specific results, traffic, or leads resulting from your listing in the Grand Forks Community Hub.

    6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
