Grand Forks Community Hub provides a free informational directory of services in Grand Forks, ND, along with paid sponsorship and enhanced listing opportunities. You agree to use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes (unless participating as an approved sponsor or listed organization). You may not use this Site to scrape data, harvest user information, transmit malware, or disrupt website operations.

I am not a government agent or entity — I am a civilian doing this to centralize all known and unknown resources for the greater grand forks county region to help the people I work with everyday at my day job. Also, please note this site is in no way associated with or funded by any government, state agency or current workplace.

2. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, branding, logos, and original written content created by Grand Forks Community Hub are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our layout or content without our express written permission. The names, logos, and descriptions of listed third-party organizations belong to their respective owners.

3. Absolute Disclaimer of Liability

Not an Emergency Provider: Grand Forks Community Hub is a directory aggregator. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or emergency crisis services.

Information is "As-Is": All information on the Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, safety, or availability of the organizations listed in our directory.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Forks Community Hub, its owners (including Jeremy Pagel), and its operators shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes resulting from your reliance on the directory or your interactions with any third-party services listed here.

4. User Submissions and Directory Corrections

If you submit a suggested correction, phone number update, or new organization listing to our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, edit, publish, and display that information in our directory. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grand Forks Community Hub and its administrators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these Terms must be filed in the courts located in Grand Forks County, North Dakota.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our platform.
